Medical Clinics Shut Down after Employees Suspected of Catering to Heroin Addicts
Prescription drugs like painkillers and other medications are obtained from drug sources in many different ways and sometimes the original source may surprise you.
Four medical clinics were closed according to KTLA.com, 3 Reseda clinics and 1 in Van Nuys, due to suspicions that they were "operating as prescription mills". An overdose death investigation that had taken place earlier prompted an investigation of the suspected clinics. A raid was not only conducted on the clinics but also the home of the person that managed 2 of them which led to the manager's arrest.
